VISION STUDIO

1.    SERVICES:

Studio shall provide Renter with the following services and/or products ("Services"): Studio Rental
Location. Provider shall deliver Services to Client at the following location(s): 9190 W Union Hills Dr Ste 103, Peoria, AZ 85382
 

2.    TERMS OF USE:

By booking the Studio space, Renter(s) agree to the following:
 
RATES:
Hourly rates are different for each rental room. Rent time includes setup and cleanup. Membership packages are available as well. Please contact us for details. Email your request to visionstudioaz@gmail.com
Payment is required to be made in full at the time of booking. The payment is non-refundable. We will allow one reschedule (based on availability). Reschedule has to be within 1 months from the original date.
The studio may be used for legal business activities only. There is absolutely NO SMOKING or ALCOHOL in the building. Smoking is allowed outside the building. Renter is responsible for clean up of smoking-related debris (ashes, cigarettes, etc.) before leaving. NO PETS allowed at the Studio. NO open flames or candles.
This agreement stays in force for any future rentals unless revoked by one of the parties.
 
ARRIVE AND LEAVE ON TIME
• The rental time shall start and end according to the time booked; set-up and clean-up time must take place during hours booked.
• An hourly charge of $45.00 per hour will be applied for each additional hour that extends beyond rental terms. Please check with us first before staying at the studio. Time after your spot might be already booked by another person.

BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS
• Be present at all times during the rental time
• Keep the event or session contained within the studio
• Maintain adult supervision of minors at all times
• Clean up trash or other items on premises prior to leaving

3.    STUDIO & EQUIPMENT SUPPLIES:

The Studio agrees to provide the studio in good working order but makes no special guarantees as to said studios functionality or suitability to Renter’s purposes. The Renter is entitled to use the entire studio, lighting equipment, and any furniture in the studio at the time of rental. USE OF CLOTHING IS NOT ALLOWED. The Studio is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as power outages, weather, emergencies, or Acts of God. The renter agrees to return all equipment, studio, and furniture in the condition it was provided and to immediately notify the Studio of any damage, failure, or change in equipment provided. Rental furniture or other equipment may not be taken outside.  Please do not move any pieces larger than a single chair without two people present to move it without dragging the legs. I understand that the use of clothing is not allowed. There is an additional fee to use maternity gowns. Please contact us for more details

4.    DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE, OR STUDIO:

No shoes/heels or food on the furniture. Renter agrees to pay for any repair or replacement costs of equipment, furniture, or studio that Renter damages within 3 business days. In the event that the Renter’s employees, Renter’s contractors, Renter's clients, or any and all Renter's visitors damage any equipment or studio, the Renter agrees to pay for any repairs or replacements necessary within 3 business days. The renter agrees to leave the studio in the condition it was found, or a $50 cleaning fee will be assessed and invoiced.

There is no warranty that rented items are free of defects.

The Renter agrees that the Studio holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to the Renter or any third party. The Renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury. If any accident involving the Studio's rental items has occurred while it is in the Renter's possession, Renter shall make the Studio aware by written statement of details of the occurrence of the event including police report and names and addresses of witnesses, if applicable. I understand and agree to the above conditions

5.    PHOTOGRAPHER RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER:
Vision Studio provides rental spaces for photographers and other creatives but is not responsible for the final quality, delivery, or content of any photographs or creative work produced by renters. Photographers and other creative professionals are solely responsible for their work and ensuring it meets the expectations of their clients.

6.    SPACE DESCRIPTION DISCLAIMER:
Vision Studio strives to provide accurate descriptions and visual representations of each rental room on our website. However, room conditions (e.g., natural lighting, décor) may vary slightly due to factors like weather or seasonal changes. Renters are encouraged to visit the studio beforehand or plan accordingly to ensure the space meets their needs.

7.    LIABILITY:

The Studio will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents to the Renter, Renter’s employees, Renter’s contractors, Renter's clients, or any and all Renter's visitors that occur within or outside the studio premises.
 
With full knowledge of the risks involved, I hereby release, waive, discharge the Studio, its officers, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, representatives, from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 or other sickness while participating in any activity while in, on, or around the premises or while using the facilities that may lead to unintentional exposure or harm.

The premises are to be used for the purpose of a photography/videography studio, including such activities, as are necessary and usually incidental to such use. The Studio shall have the right to inspect the equipment, studio, and furniture at any time during the rental term. Renter shall make any and all arrangements necessary to permit a representative of the Studio access to the equipment and studio. If a breach of any of the provisions of the Terms of use occurs, the Studio has the right to revoke Renter's access to the equipment and studio without any liability to and without prejudice to the Studio, the right to receive rent due or accrued to and including date of revocation.

Subleasing is not allowed. An act in contravention to this tenor shall hold Renter liable to damages.

Returned checks will incur additional charges including but not exceeding all bank fees plus $25 processing fee.
