VISION STUDIO

1.    SERVICES:

Vision Studio provides rental access to photography and creative studio spaces, including furniture, props, and select equipment, at both Goodyear and Peoria locations:

- Peoria Studio: 9190 W Union Hills Dr Ste 103, Peoria, AZ 85382

- Goodyear Studio: 14122 W McDowell Rd Ste 101, Goodyear, AZ 85395
 

2.    BOOKING & PAYMENT:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• One (1) reschedule is permitted, subject to availability.

• Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original booking date.

• Memberships and hourly rentals are subject to current pricing and availability.

• Vision Studio reserves the right to require a security deposit for certain bookings, refundable upon inspection of the space.

 

3.    RENTAL TIME POLICY:

• Rental time includes setup and cleanup.

• You may not enter early unless preapproved.

• You must vacate the studio by your end time.

• Overtime is not guaranteed and may be billed at the hourly rate if approved.

• Late departures may result in additional charges.

​Late Arrival & No-Show Policy:
Rental time will not be extended for late arrivals.
If the Renter arrives late, the booking will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Failure to show up for a booking will result in forfeiture of the rental with no refund or reschedule.

 

4.    STUDIO USE & CONDUCT:

By booking, you agree to:

• Use the studio for legal business purposes only

• Remain within your rented space and designated common areas only

• Not enter or use rooms you did not rent

• Ensure all guests, clients, and children follow studio rules

• Maintain respectful noise levels and behavior

• Thermostat adjustments should remain within a reasonable range. Vision Studio reserves the right to adjust settings if necessary

Makeup stations and specialty areas must be reserved separately and are not included unless booked.

Guest limit: Renter agrees to keep the number of guests to a reasonable amount appropriate for the space. Vision Studio reserves the right to limit group size for safety and operational reasons.

5.    SHARED SPACE ETIQUETTE:

• The studio includes multiple rooms and may host other renters simultaneously

• Do not interrupt or enter another session

• Keep your group contained to your space and lobby areas only

• Supervise children at all times

• Privacy & Content Use: Renters must be respectful of other sessions taking place. Filming or photographing behind-the-scenes content that includes other clients or photographers without consent is not permitted.

6.    LOCATION-SPECIFIC POLICIES:

 

Goodyear Location:

• No pets allowed

• Twilight Room:

  • Shoe coverings or socks are required on the set

  • Shoes must be cleaned before use if part of the session

  • Due to the delicate flooring and materials, any visible dirt, scuffing, or damage will result in a $100 cleaning fee

• Vision Room:

  • No shoes on seamless paper unless using provided mat or boards

  • $25 fee for dirty or damaged paper

  • Report pre-existing damage at the start of your session

• Light Room:

  • Seamless paper must be kept clean at all times

  • No shoes are allowed on the seamless paper (socks or bare feet only)

  • $25 fee for dirty or damaged seamless paper

  • Report pre-existing damage at the start of your session

 

Peoria Location:

• Pets are allowed, but:

  • You are fully responsible for cleanup

• Clothing use is not permitted

• Room must be reset exactly as found or a $50 fee will apply

 

7.    STUDIO RULES:

The following apply to both locations unless stated otherwise:

• No food or drinks on furniture

• No shoes on furniture

• No alcohol allowed

• No smoking inside (outside only; clean up debris)

• No open flames, candles, or smoke

• Confetti/glitter must be pre-approved or a $50 cleaning fee will apply

• Do not remove any furniture or equipment from the studio

 

8.    EQUIPMENT & PROPS:

• Furniture, props, and available equipment may be used during your rental

• Items must be returned to their original location and condition

• Do not drag furniture; lift with assistance if needed

• Do not move large items without help

• Equipment is shared and available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise arranged

• Renters are responsible for operating all equipment safely and correctly. If you are unfamiliar with any equipment, please request assistance prior to use. Damage caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the Renter

Available Equipment by location:

Goodyear Location:

• Godox continuous lighting (available for general use, first-come first-served basis)

• Vision Room only:

  • 1 AlienBee strobe

  • 1 continuous light with spotlight attachment

Peoria Location:

• 1 Godox continuous lighting

• 2 AlienBees strobes

Triggers & Modifiers:

• Triggers are typically available for use with studio strobes

• Basic modifiers may be available depending on the setup

• If you require specific equipment or compatibility, we recommend confirming in advance

 

9.    SEAMLESS PAPER USE:

• Seamless paper must be kept clean and handled with care at all times

• Do not step on the paper with shoes unless using proper protection (mat or shoe coverings where applicable)

• If the paper becomes dirty during your session, you are responsible for cutting and removing the used portion

• A $25 fee will be applied for any dirty, damaged, or excessively used seamless paper

• If the paper is already dirty upon arrival, it must be reported at the start of your session to avoid being charged

• Failure to report pre-existing damage may result in the $25 fee being applied

10.    CLEANING & RESET POLICY:

You are responsible for:

• Leaving the studio in the same condition you found it

• Returning all furniture, props, pillows, and blankets

• Removing all trash

If excessive trash is left:

• Use the dumpster located outside the building

Cleaning Fees:

• A minimum $50 cleaning fee may be applied to any space if additional cleaning is required

• The Twilight Room carries a $100 cleaning fee due to its specialty flooring and materials

• Additional fees may be applied for excessive mess, damage, or misuse of the space

​Excessive cleaning includes, but is not limited to: glitter, confetti without approval, spills, stains, bodily fluids, pet messes, excessive trash, or failure to reset the space.

11.    DAMAGE POLICY:

• Renter is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests

• Repair/replacement costs must be paid within 3 business days

• Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply based on severity

​

12.    LIABILITY WAIVER:

Vision Studio is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage that occur to the Renter, Renter’s employees, contractors, clients, guests, or any third parties while on or around the studio premises.

By booking and using the studio, the Renter acknowledges and agrees that:

• They assume full responsibility and risk for themselves and all individuals present during their rental

• They are responsible for the conduct and safety of their clients and guests at all times

• Vision Studio is not liable for personal injury, property damage, equipment failure, or loss of personal belongings

The Renter agrees to release, waive, and discharge Vision Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Use of the studio space, equipment, furniture, or props

• Any accidents, injuries, or incidents occurring on the premises

• Any failure of equipment or utilities, including but not limited to lighting, power outages, or climate control

• Any acts beyond the Studio’s control, including weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances

The Renter further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vision Studio against any claims brought by third parties (including clients or guests) resulting from the Renter’s use of the space.

Vision Studio is not responsible for the supervision of children. All minors must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

In the event of any incident, accident, or damage, the Renter agrees to notify Vision Studio promptly and provide written details of the occurrence.

13.    CREATIVE RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER:

Vision Studio provides space only and is not responsible for:

• The quality, outcome, or delivery of any creative work

• Photographer/client disputes

Vision Studio provides rental spaces for photographers and other creatives but is not responsible for the final quality, delivery, or content of any photographs or creative work produced by renters. Photographers and other creative professionals are solely responsible for their work and ensuring it meets the expectations of their clients.

14.    SPACE VARIATION DISCLAIMER:

Room appearance (lighting, decor, etc.) may vary slightly due to:

• Natural light changes

• Seasonal updates

• Styling adjustments

15.    ACCESS & COMPLIANCE:

• Studio access is provided only during your rental time

• Sharing access with unauthorized individuals is prohibited

• Subleasing or transferring bookings is not allowed

• Vision Studio reserves the right to enter the premises during a rental if necessary for maintenance, emergencies, or to enforce policy compliance

• Vision Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion for violations of these terms or misuse of the space

Violation of any terms may result in:

• Immediate termination of your session

• Loss of future booking privileges

• Additional fees

16.    AGREEMENT:

By booking the studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above. These terms apply to all future bookings unless otherwise updated.
